The Paddington Books
Since the publication in 1958 of Michael Bond's first book, "A Bear Called Paddington", he has written countless stories about the adventures of his creation from Darkest Peru.
In total more than 150 titles have been published in a variety of formats ranging from the original novels, which appeal to all ages, right through to board books aimed at his very youngest fans.
Many of the stories have been translated and some of the books have been published in over 40 different languages. This includes the Latin version of "A Bear Called Paddington" or, to use its correct title, Ursus Nomine Paddington!
