|  |  | |  | | Earlier this year the makers of Flik Flak, the Swiss watch for children from Swatch, were delighted to announce a new friend and partner in the shape of Paddington Bear. The launch took place at Paddington Station in London in March 2003, and was attended by Michael Bond, the creator of Paddington, and the London media.
 The Paddington Flik Flak watches feature three designs – Travelling Paddington, Dancing in the Rain Paddington, and Good Morning Paddington. The Flik Flak watches have special gift packaging of Paddington's trademark suitcase, with his initials and the all-important ‘Wanted on Voyage’ label. The gift suitcase also includes a bonus Paddington key ring.
The Flik Flak Paddington range had special launches throughout the world, many taking place in railway stations, with the Paddington costume character there to greet young fans and the press. Since launching, the watches have enjoyed great success, proving Paddington remains a hit with young children.
